Meet Dr. Lilliana Bardi, ND
Dr. Bardi’s journey into naturopathic medicine began with her own healing. As a teenager facing mental health challenges, she explored alternatives to conventional care. Through herbal medicine and a deep appreciation for the gut-brain connection, she successfully tapered off six prescription medications. That experience shifted her path from traditional pre-med studies to a calling in root-cause, whole-person medicine.
Dr. Bardi earned her undergraduate degree in Biology and Psychology from the University of Georgia, followed by her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle. There, she was trained to integrate evidence-based medical science with time-tested natural therapies. In 2023, her mother's double lung transplant—caused by chronic mold exposure—further fueled her commitment to treating environmental and complex chronic illnesses.
Today, Dr. Bardi is a licensed and board-certified naturopathic doctor based in the Seattle area. She is currently completing her residency at Aster Integrative Medicine in Edmonds, Washington, with a clinical focus on chronic infections, mold toxicity, autoimmune disease, hormone imbalances, and advanced IV and neural therapies. With a compassionate, personalized approach, Dr. Bardi empowers patients to uncover the root causes of their symptoms and reclaim lasting health.
