Her office can provide superbill’s after every appointment for patients to submit to their insurance for possible out-of-network benefits. We are considered out-of-network naturopathic.

TRAVELING PATIENTS are scheduled for the following phone appointment and in-office appointment:

60 MINUTE PHONE APPOINTMENT – Dr. Bardi will go over your health history, order labs and specialty testing and come up with a game plan of what your in-office visit will look like.

120 – 150 MINUTE IN-OFFICE APPOINTMENT – Dr. Bardi requires a new patient in-office appointment. This includes a physical examination, ART assessment, lab review, injections and complete treatment plan. Traveling patients tend to schedule for 2+ days.

    IMPORTANT NOTE:

-The duration of the appointment(s) is dependent on a patient’s individual needs.

  • Please bring current supplements and medications to your in-office appointments.

I recommend uploading any lab results from the last year to the Optimantra Portal and/or bring copies with you to the initial appointment.

  • Autonomic Response Testing (ART) is an advanced biofeedback method that helps uncover hidden stress in the body—such as toxins, infections, or other imbalances. Once those stressors are identified, I can test different therapies, supplements, and medications directly with your body to see which options are the best match.

This process allows me to design a protocol that is uniquely tailored to you, while avoiding unnecessary guesswork and minimizing side effects. Many patients find ART especially helpful when they’ve struggled to tolerate treatments in the past, since it can highlight what their system truly accepts and responds to.

The assessment itself is gentle, noninvasive, and often provides valuable insight into which organs or systems need the most support. It can even reveal early signs of stress before they develop into bigger health challenges.

I trained in ART directly from Dr. Klinghardt Institute, the physician who developed this approach, and continue to use it as a cornerstone in my evaluations and treatment planning.
