What I Offer

A Full Spectrum of Naturopathic Care

I draw from a wide range of evidence-informed therapies, selecting and combining them based on what your body needs. No protocols, only individualized care.

01

Herbal Medicine

A botanical approach that uses the healing properties of plants to support your body's recovery. I formulate herb combinations tailored specifically to your presentation, using whole plants or targeted constituents that address the underlying imbalance, not just the symptom. Herbal medicines are typically better tolerated than pharmaceuticals and can be adjusted as your health evolves.

02

Diet & Nutrition

Food is foundational to healing. Depending on your condition, I may recommend a therapeutic dietary approach: Mediterranean, low-FODMAP, specific carbohydrate (SCD), autoimmune paleo, ketogenic, or intermittent fasting. These aren't generic plans; they're chosen based on your specific labs, symptoms, and gut health. I can also coordinate with registered dietitians when additional implementation support is needed.

03

IV Therapy

Intravenous therapy delivers nutrients and ozone directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system entirely for rapid, complete absorption. IV ozone therapy is particularly powerful for combating chronic infections, reducing systemic inflammation, and stimulating the body's own antioxidant defenses. I trained in IV therapy at Bastyr University and use it as part of comprehensive treatment plans for complex illness.

04

Nutraceutical & Vitamin Therapy

High-quality supplementation using vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants targeted to your specific deficiencies and needs. I combine functional laboratory testing with Autonomic Response Testing to identify exactly what your body is missing, with no generic supplement stacks. Every recommendation is individualized and adjusted over time based on how your body responds.

05

LDA & LDI Immunotherapy

Low-dose allergen (LDA) and low-dose immunotherapy (LDI) are innovative approaches that introduce extremely small amounts of offending substances, including chemicals, bacteria, viruses, fungi, or parasites, to gradually retrain the immune system toward tolerance. Think of it as precision allergy shots for non-traditional immune triggers. This is particularly valuable for patients with Lyme disease, mold illness, food sensitivities, and complex immune dysregulation.

06

Neural Therapy

Neural therapy targets the autonomic nervous system to treat chronic pain and dysfunction that hasn't responded to conventional approaches. By restoring the membrane potential of nerve cells and addressing "interference fields," which are areas of disrupted electrical activity caused by old injuries, scars, or infections. Neural therapy can resolve longstanding pain patterns and support deeper healing throughout the body.

07

Prolozone Therapy

An advanced regenerative injection technique that combines ozone with other healing compounds to promote tissue regeneration while simultaneously eliminating harmful pathogens. Prolozone is particularly effective for musculoskeletal pain, joint damage, tendon injuries, and chronic infections that have taken hold in connective tissue. It works by flooding the affected area with oxygen-ozone, triggering the body's own repair mechanisms.

08

Osteopathic Manipulation (OMT)

Hands-on spinal and joint mobilization to restore mobility and reduce pain, similar to chiropractic care but integrated within a naturopathic framework. OMT addresses the structural dimension of complex illness, which is especially important when musculoskeletal tension, restricted lymph flow, or joint dysfunction is contributing to your overall symptom picture. It works best as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.

09

Pharmaceutical Support

When appropriate, I prescribe and manage pharmaceutical medications, including off-label applications, as one tool within a broader treatment strategy. This is always done with careful consideration, shared decision-making, and informed consent. I'm trained to use pharmaceuticals thoughtfully, not reflexively, and only when they serve your healing in ways that other approaches cannot.

Neural therapy is a precise and effective treatment utilized for chronic pain and various chronic illnesses. This therapy works by targeting the autonomic nervous system (ANS) to help restore the membrane potential of nerve cells.
